Latest projects

Since its inception Tinsae quickly went to implementing projects that brought a massive positive change on beneficiaries. Some of the projects that are implemented range from assisting repe victims, helping war veterans that faced massive existential threat, to handing out of emmergency support to IDP. Departments

Tinsae Humanitarian Charity Organization is organized into five main functional departments that have their own sections or sub-departments. The main five main departments directly report to the director but have direct horizontal relationship enabling their activities intertwined. The key that Tinsae is successful in its activities is because of the cohession of these departments.

Finance Department

"Take care of the pennies, the rest will take care of themselves"

Every penny that lands in the accounts of Tinsae is well taken care of by the strong finance department and its personnel. The automated system that Tinae uses helps the activities of the finance department to facilitate activities at Tinsae.

Logistics Department

Without logistics, it goes nowhere

It is through the logistical support of this department that Tinsae does successful delivery of NFIs to beneficiaries. All the movements of personnel and items from and to Tinsae are well taken care of by this department.

Human Resource Department

The human touch makes it live

The strong human resource department Tinsae has is the game changer in the success of Tinsae. It is because of this that Tinsae can function well and achieve its mission. Without it, the activities of Tinsae become lifeless.

Advocacy and Public Relations

Policy is the police of an organization

The strong advocacy policy of Tinsae and other policies that the organization has are key the key for Tinsae to keep it follow a clear path to follow. Any policy paper that Tinsae develops and follows are generated or pass through this department.

A key isn't functional without a key hole

Every activity at Tinsae land in this department at planning stage for checking the existence and inclusion of tangible KPIs. While and when the activities are done, this department makes periodical followup of their execution.

What is it like to be a member?

Though it depends on the membership types a member picks from the common benefits a member will get are as follows.

Organizational members (including donor agencies) will have an access to the Tinsae System and can follow the status of their donations, status of projects they are supporting, activities of Tinsae, get general reports and reports specifically created for them, follow news from Tinsae and get other related information.
Individual members will also have an access to the Tinsae System. They can follow the status of their donations, have general reports, status of projects (if availed to them by Tinsae), general reports (if availed to them by Tinsae) and get public news about Tinsae and its activities.
All members will have a receipt to any donation they make and every penny is account for using the Tinsae System that members will have access to.
